Product in Detail
Engineered surfaces, documented dimensions.
Induction-hardened running surfaces
Both bearing seats are induction-hardened to 54–58 HRC with a case depth of 1.5–2.0 mm, then finish-ground to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm. The core stays tough (28–32 HRC) for shock-load resistance — hard where it runs, ductile where it flexes.

Every critical dimension on the drawing
The dimension drawing (PDF and DXF in the download area) covers all functional dimensions with ISO 286 fits, geometric tolerances to ISO 1101 and the keyway to DIN 6885/1. What is on the drawing is what the CMM protocol verifies — position by position.
